With over 35 years in the automotive industry, Mike is President and CEO of Star Auto Authority. Mike spearheads business growth and development, strategic vision and company culture. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and reading non-fiction.
BIll Wilczynski
General Manager
Bill joined Star Auto Authority in 2008. In 2010 he was promoted to General Manager. Bill holds an Automotive Technology degree from Universal Technical Institute (UTI). In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His hobbies include boating, spending time outdoors, and completing home renovations.
Peter Sadalski
Service Manager
Peter has been in the automotive industry since 2007. His hobbies include working with his hands completing home improvement projects, working on cars and his motorcycle, as well as attending concerts and live shows. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and cats.
Lyle Meyer
Client Convenience Agent
Lyle has a BS in Marketing, and has owned several businesses in various industries. He joined Star Auto Authority in 2022 as our Client Convenience Agent. In his spare time, Lyle enjoys spending time with his family, watching college basketball, travelling, and spending time outdoors.
Elizabeth Siete
Business Operations Manager
Elizabeth is our Business Operations Manager. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, and joined Star Auto Authority in 2014. Elizabeth enjoys horseback riding during summer, trips to Lake Geneva, reading books, watching movies, and bowling with friends.
Micah Kreuscher
Parts Manager
Micah has been in the vehicle repair industry since 1997, and started with Star Auto in January of 2019. In his spare time Micah enjoys spending time with his wife, walking his dogs, riding bicycles, reading, and working out. Micah also enjoys cooking (especially BBQ).
Antonio Alvarez Garcia
With over 25 years in the automotive industry, Antonio joined our team in 2002 as a Detailing Technician Manager. He oversees all vehicle detailing services from start to finish and assists with vehicle washes during peak periods.
Salomon Hernandez
Salomon is one of our Detailing Technicians. He has been in the automotive industry since 1988, and has worked at Star Auto Authority since 2012. If you’ve ever had a car wash from Star Auto Authority, you are likely familiar with Salomon’s excellent work.
Max Sanchez
Max joined Star Auto in 2019 and has been in the industry for 8 years. Max enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.
Brett Bukowski
Automotive Technician
With more than 20 years in the automotive industry, Brett joined Star Auto in 2020. He earned his Associates Degree in Automotive Technology from the Universal Technical Institute in Arizona. Brett has earned numerous certificates and also the Lab Foreman Award. He enjoys drag racing, hot-rods, and fishing.
Chris Ocepek
Automotive Technician
Chris joined Star Auto in 2020 with more than 10 years experience. He attended the Chicago Ford Service Training Center in Glendale Heights, and also College of Lake County in Grayslake. His hobbies include cooking, fishing, drag racing and working in his garage.
Jeremy Dumar
Automotive Technician
Jeremy Dumar, a dedicated Automotive Technician with 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, began his journey with Star in February 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional service to every vehicle he works on.
Keith Ohms
Automotive Technician
Keith has been in the automotive industry since 1984, and has been with Star Auto Authority since 2022. He is an ASE Master Technician, and has certifications in L1 Advanced Engine Performance and X1 Exhaust Systems. In his free time, Keith enjoys traveling in his motor home.
Ivan Avila
Apprentice Mechanical Technician
Ivan joined Star Auto Authority in 2021. He has an Automotive/Deisel certification from the Universal Technical Institute and enjoys watching movies in his free time.
Francisco Vieyra
Automotive Technician
Francisco has been in the automotive industry since 2015 and joined Star Auto Authority in July of 2024 as an Automotive Technician. Francisco attended Lake County Tech in Grayslake. His passion for the automotive industry has allowed him to keep learning
and expanding his skill set for over 10 years.

Assistant Service Manager
Jesse has been in the automotive repair industry since 2007, and has been with Star Auto Authority since 2024. In his spare time he enjoys car shows, boating, and spending time with friends & family.
William Murphy
Assistant Service Manager
William started with us in March of 2025 and has 10 years experience in the automotive industry. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and coaching her softball team, the Palatine Stingrays.
